Can't get more simple than this! Just a simple plain cotton tee and a poufy skirt!! Even Hub was surprised by my back-to-basic choice. Hahaha. It was a last minute decision to add on a pair of sheer polka dots white socks. I used to wear socks with heels a lot but I stopped about a year ago. Will I start incorporating socks into my outfits again? I dunno.
It was ridiculously windy on Sunday. It felt like tyhoon! We seriously had a hard time taking photos for this outfit. Standing straight like a wooden block, like I usually do, just wouldn't work. My hair, tee & skirt were all over the place. Thus, I had no choice but to add some movements & pretend that I was "dancing" -.-
Lately, I'm kinda disheartened to blog. Maybe that's why I am channeling a lot more energy & time into baking & cooking. Food always makes me feel better. Hahaha. Just recently, I baked a batch of cinnamon rolls, matcha madelines & double chocolate muffins. I have also been cooking a lot of Japanese style dinners as they are so healthy & yummy! I took on Jamie Oliver's 15-minute meal (healthy mushroom soup with stilton, apple & walnut croûtes) on Monday but took me 1.5 hours due to my OCD. And today, I cooked Korean style dinner comprising of kimchi tofu soup, Nigella Lawson-inspired Korean Calamari ('inspired' because I changed quite a bit of the recipe) and steam brown rice.
