The profiteroles were kinda deflated after chilling in the fridge for 2 days! Didn't intend to keep that long but everyday we ate so much hence no room for dessert. Oopsie :X

Btw, these profiteroles were made from the same choux pastry dough that was used for chocolate eclairs. Just have to pipe them into a different shapes ;) You can pipe the choux pastry and freeze them for up to a month. Anytime if you feel like having a profiterole, just popped one in the oven. No thawing is necessary. So convenient right. I haven't tried yet…. soon soon. I have 6 waiting in the freezer bag. Teehee!

One dough, multiple possibilities! No wonder pâte à choux a.k.a. choux pastry (or cream puff pastry) is so popular!

For the ice cream, I used Häagen-Dazs strawberry ice cream. My FAVOURITE!! Love those frozen strawberry bits and strawberry goodness. Yummy yummy.

Have you tried the Korean strawberries? They may be tiny but super sweet & juicy! These California ones really pale in comparison. Why you OOS Korean strawberries? Quick quick replenish please.
