Chicken Cacciatore

It has been a while since I last made Chicken Cacciatore. It was Hub's favourite food when he was studying in Canada. It's a simple yet delish one-dish meal that doesn't involve lotsa ingredients.

For best result, use free-range chicken thigh with skin intact. Free-range chicken tastes helluva better and more succulent than factory farm chicken. Worth every bits of the extra pennies.
