Blueberry Crumble

Did you know blueberries are packed with antioxidant?

Berries such as blueberries, blackcurrants, blackberries, rasberries, cranberries, and strawberries are a good food for skin. Generally, berries help the body manufacture collagen which makes the skin supple and smooth. Berries (especially blueberries) are loaded with antioxidant compounds that are very effective in neutralizing damaging free radicals (that lead to skin cell damage and premature skin aging) generated in the skin by excessive UV exposure or from other sources.Blueberries and other berries are an excellent source of vitamin C, vitamin E, riboflavin, and soluble and insoluble fiber.

It's a lot more work & tedious to make miniature cakes than one big cake. But I still love making teeny weeny cakes. They are so cute and so easy to eat. No need knife nor any cutlery. Just take a piece with your fingers & pop it into your mouth. NO MESS!

BTW, those small crumbly-looking bumps on the cakes are the crumbles in case you think the cakes had gone bad. Heh!
