Add Colours to Your Diets!

By that, I don't mean adding artificial colourings to your food. Mother nature has given us fruits & vegetables in colours of rainbow! These colours not only make the world a more beautiful place, they also represent their wellness benefits! Amazing isn't it? All our fruits & vegetables are actually colour coded!!! HAHAHA!


White - the heart protector: banana, cauliflower, date, mushroom, onion, etc.

Yellow & orange - the vigor and freshness booster: apricot, carrot, mango, orange, pinepple, pumkin, squash, etc.

Green - the bone and teeth builder: avocado, broccoli, granny smith, green grapes, kiwi, honeydew, melon, spinach, etc.

Red - the heart carer: cherry, radish. red apple, red grape, red pepper, strawberry. tomato, etc.

Blue and purple - the memory enhancer: aubergine, blackberry, black grape, blueberry, plum, etc.



Therefore, start loading up colours in your diet now :)
